This is how you find your article- / serial number

Please refer to the table below for the position of the serial number on the product depending on the product type.

In addition to this laser marking, there is a product label with the item number as well as the serial number on the sales packaging. See example below.

 

Washbasin mixer	In the centre of the back of the fitting body. On the lower side of the spout in older models.
Shower and bath faucets Surface-mounted	(Front view) left on the back
Single-lever mixers and thermostats flush-mounted	(Front view) left on the underside of the rosette
3-hole basin mixer/Freestanding bath mixer	on the lower side of the spout
